I can confirm that the Assistant Minister had adequately answered the Question. So the answer he has given is a progress report of what he has done, which I appreciate. So I really do not think the Question should come back.

asked the Minister for Lands:- (a) to state the land lease period remaining for the foreign- owned tea estates (i.e. Unilever Tea (K) Ltd., George Williamson and James Finlays (K) Ltd). in Kericho; (b) what measures he is putting in place to ensure that the local community benefits from the properties on expiry of the leasehold periods; and, (c) what measures he has taken to ensure that the people living in Chepchapas Village, who originally lived in the area owned by James Finlay Ltd., will benefit from the intended disposal of Bondet and Chemamul Tea Estates.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister has talked of establishment of special economic zones and industrial parks. When you look at these programmes, they are mainly based in big cities. What is the Minister doing to set up similar programmes suited to rural areas?

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not know what to do with the Assistant Minister because he is giving a totally different answer from what obtains on the ground. I have a letter from the lady which she wrote on 31st March, 2010, to the Managing Director of Teleposta Provident Fund asking that she be paid. There is a letter that had been given to her indicating that she was not going to be paid until she attains 55 years. She wrote this letter after attaining 55 years. On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister has said that he cannot table the names or numbers recruited per district citing security reasons. I do not know how that can affect the security situation in the country. However, if that is the case, could he consider tabling it in camera?
