Where I come from, cattle are stolen every night. A population of 120,000 is served by only one vehicle, which belongs to the OCPD. The OCS, the DCIO and other security personnel do not have cars. If anybody calls them, they have to either go on foot or by boda bodas . How can they serve Kenyans when they do not have those kinds of facilities? Hon. No stone will be left unturned. That is the information we have been getting since we were in school until now. Hon. Mbadi is trying to cure the issue of what happened after the court ruling, our debate also confirms that we are discussing a matter that is before a court of law.
