Member in order to mislead the House that there are strangers who have come to this Parliament and have been talking about the media centre and other places when he, himself, went to meet his partly leader at State House using State resources? So, is it in order for the Member to mislead the House and inform Members here that nobody has authority to talk about the media centre as though it belongs to him? view
