Secondly, establish a special squad in all the constituencies of Kenya in order to deal with this matter and not the regular police. Thirdly, ensure that we create committees in every constituency where politicians, security forces, clergy and the community are involved. Whether it came today or earlier it is very timely. First, this Bill will allow us to enumerate and have a database of people who are serving in a very critical sector.
