I was saying that parents are really suffering not only in my constituency, but across the country because of the fees levied on school uniforms. When I was in high school, we used to be given the colour of the uniform and we would buy cheaply from the local shops and tailors, but now parents of pupils and students are being forced to pay exorbitantly to some shops. view

  • 5 Jan 2022 in National Assembly: THAT, Clause 22 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new Section 38C— (a) by deleting subsection (2) and substituting therefor the following new subsection— “(2) A political party that intends to conduct political party nominations under this Act shall use for the nominations— (a) a certified register of the members of the political party; (b) the political party’s official register as approved by the party officials; or, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor. view
