Matters education are so weighty, especially now that Form Ones are joining secondary schools. I was saying that parents are really suffering not only in my constituency, but across the country because of the fees levied on school uniforms. When I was in high school, we used to be given the colour of the uniform and we would buy cheaply from the local shops and tailors, but now parents of pupils and students are being forced to pay exorbitantly to some shops. view
