We had anticipated that we will have equipment, so that we the maternity could be functional, but due to the budget constraints, we did not make it for the last one month. I believe in the coming two or three weeks, the maternity will be ready for use. It is only the 2027 politics that are being played by the MCAs who are being used by the political leaders across Meru County. view
• 20 Aug 2024 in Senate: Thank you. I have made a lot of effort since the last impeachment. The first one was providing the hon. MCAs the ward fund for projects in every ward to the tune of Kshs33 million per ward. Number two is involving them to be part and parcel of my tours to the ground, so that at least they can assist in participating and knowing what is ailing the community for us to work together.
