  • 31 May 2017 in National Assembly: Clause 40C would basically give us staggered terms so that the membership of the appeals tribunal does not lapse at the same time and create a vacuum. Remuneration of members of the appeals tribunal is also taken care of as per the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC). view
