• 25 Apr 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, now that the Assistant Minister has confirmed that he was there and something is being done, could he, please, ensure that at least there are sufficient funds? An amount of Kshs3,600,000 is nothing to Ngai Ndethya if he has been there and he knows that people are dying every day when cars roll into those gullies. Could he ensure that more money is added almost immediately because the rains have started? view

• 19 Apr 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister is misleading the House by saying that the arrears which are supposed to be paid by Mastermind Tobacco are subject to a court case. The court case which is there is only on the issues up to April, 2010. What about the rest of the unpaid taxes, penalties and interest before and thereafter? I want to table the court order to show that Assistant Minister is misleading the House on those issues. view
