First of all, we must acknowledge that we have a very progressive Constitution. Kang’ata and the rest that in 2007, I signed the first agreement that I negotiated as a lawyer on behalf of a community in Trans Nzoia. The matter was that the national Government was taking water from a place called Kapolet to Kitale and Bungoma.
