This is mainly because the Mover of the Bill beat me by a week. I was about to move a similar Bill, but she went ahead of me. Two things: One, it is true that I was in Narok on Sunday, 30th November, 2014. I was invited there for a function. It is also true that there are some remarks that I made and Sen.
