Orengo was speaking here, that we need to leave the issue of the Standing Orders as an agenda until next year. This is the year that some of us had the first opportunity to come to this Chamber and to be legislators. I am proud to announce as the Chairman of the Devolved Government Committee that we have achieved a lot in terms of laying the foundation for devolution.
