(Prof.) Kindiki: Mr. Speaker, Sir, given the challenges we are having with raising quorum in this House especially on Wednesday morning, I want to seek your direction whether you can guide us especially with regard to meetings being held outside this House which are running concurrently with the sittings of the Senate. Yesterday, there was a meeting with the Executive; today, I understand that a number of women Senators are having another meeting outside the Chamber.
