Mr. Speaker, Sir, yes, the Cabinet Secretary is one, but if you read the Standing Orders, it spells out the functions of the Sessional Committee. I can only undertake to do that out of collective responsibility, but it is not the function of the Sessional Committee under our Standing Orders to deal with matters of IDPs. We only deal with matters of inter-governmental relations, county governments, urban areas and cities, but not in relation to building of IDP camps.
