I am really at a loss on how to phrase my contribution so that it is understood in the total context. However, let me say that I also rise to make my contribution to this Motion. The reason why I am saying that I am a little bit confused is because this is a great Motion in the sense that it tries to solve part of our problems in this country. Kitui County and Tharaka-Nithi counties are neighbours. Some of the things, if not all of them, that he has spoken about are situations that I am familiar with.
