I would not like to interrupt the very eloquent presentation by the Leader of the Minority but being an eminent lawyer who knows the Constitution from cover to cover, can we allow him to mislead Kenyans and this House that calling somebody a Mhindi - and we know it can be said in a derogatory manner and it is a racist remark - to trivialize it in the manner in which he is doing and saying that it is nothing.
