I agree with the comment. That is the question that was put by the honourable Senator. She wanted to have a confirmation of whether there are foreigners from neighbouring counties who benefited from the allocation and the impact of the same on insecurity in Trans Nzoia County. Mr. Speaker, Sir, actually, the difference between counties and countries is only the “r”. It could be a typo but nonetheless, I would like to answer this question in such a way that it satisfies my colleague, Sen. Mukiite and the House. I would like to mention that the allocation of land to squatters in this scheme was done by a committee of 21 people. This committee was elected publicly by the communities of that area.
