Ms. Aidah Njeri Munano has the necessary qualifications. With her appointment, housing issues in our towns will be corrected. Given the opportunity, I believe that she will perform well. She assured the Committee that the youth, women and persons living with disabilities will get the 30th per cent tenders as stipulated in the Constitution.

On re-organisation of State Departments, she indicated how that will be handled. She confirmed that slums will be upgraded so that Kenyans can have decent housing. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Prof. Maringa Mwangi is a qualified nominee. I am sure that he will do well in his duties. On corruption, he said he will do what is required to ensure corruption will not be in his office. Wilson Nyakera Irungu is also qualified. Given the opportunity, I am sure he will perform well. I am sure Dr. Muraguri will perform wonders. We have some few challenges, as some of us have already mentioned. I do not want to mention them again. This curriculum that Hon. Susan Musyoka wants to come up with will help. It is a very big challenge everywhere that we have hospitals at home with equipment but no personnel to run them. I want to confirm that back in my county in Kericho, the Governor told us that he is building an ICU. We only have two hospitals that have ICU departments in the whole of Kericho County.
