(h) deleting the proposed amendment to section 85 We are proposing to delete the amendment to Section 85 because it seeks to ensure that the Cabinet Secretary does not have any power to prescribe the limit of drinks or drugs a driver of a motor vehicle can consume. One person cannot do that and the Committee found it was not necessary.
