• 8 Aug 2018 in National Assembly: THAT, taking into consideration the recommendations of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing in their Report on the Vetting of the Nominee for Approval as the Principal Secretary for State Department of Transport, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 7th August 2018, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3)(b) of the Constitution, this House approves the appointment of Ms. Esther Koimett as the Principal Secretary for State Department of Transport. view

(i) Esther Koimett is a household name in this country. But more importantly, maybe people do not know, she is a daughter of a veteran politician, the late Hon. Biwott.
