This issue of qualifications is really a serious matter in this country, particularly now that there are so many people who went through university in this country, were awarded degrees, but they had a C (plain) at Form IV. When they seek jobs with the TSC, they are told: “You do not have a C+, which is the minimum qualification to go to university.” The question is: Was that a problem of the student? It is not.
