Kajwang’ that it is not only KeRRA that constructs 10,000 kilometers of road, but there are other road agencies which are KURA and KeNHA. I want to challenge him. We have been doing a lot of work. I would like to report to this House that my Committee has been very busy. • 15 Feb 2018 in National Assembly: I would like to ask the indulgence of the House. Let me say this so that nobody misunderstands my very able Committee. We were not told that our Bill would come today. I agree with you on what you said earlier that many people knew we were coming to discuss the Parliamentary Service Commission and other business. However, we should be ready at any time. I want to assure the House and you that we will not let the House and the people of Kenya down. We will be ready for the Kenya Roads Bill from Monday next week. view
