There has been a lot of suffering amongst Kenyans. They have been going everywhere to look for treatment, including travelling all the way to Loliondo. When they learn that a neighbouring district like Thika is getting this money, we really feel bad. If they cannot do anything about this problem, I would like to ask the Government to scrap it because we are at a loss to explain to our people why my neighbour is getting it and we do not get it.
