6 Apr 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, could the Minister inform this House what criteria is used in determining which areas benefit from Government funded footbridges? That is because there is no Government project which is going on in Kandara to assist my people. They are struggling using the meagre resources from Constituencies Development Fund (CDF). Why should we not have a fair distribution of those funds?

6 Apr 2011 in National Assembly:
Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. If you listened to what the Minister has told us in this House, it is very strange that young men are disappearing all over this country. Just as somebody else has asked, is it the policy of the Government to eliminate young people from our place? This is because this is not the first time we are hearing about young men disappearing. 5 Apr 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, earlier on the Assistant Minister admitted that the source of the funds was the Ministry of Finance. However, he was not able to follow up how the money was spent by the Ministries to which they were disbursed. Is it that he is not following up the money he disbursed, or that he does not know anything about them?

30 Mar 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for the Statement that he has given. But I would like to ask him to consider shortening the time that one needs to get the certificate of good conduct. If you go to Kiambu Road, at the CID Headquarters, where they are issued, you will find long queues of people coming from all over. I wonder whether the Assistant Minister can do something so that Kenyans do not suffer so much when they are getting that important document.

23 Mar 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, is the Assistant Minister aware that travelling from Globe Cinema Roundabout as you head towards Forest Road and Murangâa Road is a nightmare because of the confusion created by the buses and matatus that ply that route? Is it possible for him to organise the City Council askaris so that people are able to travel and there is easy floor of traffic towards that side? It is actually difficult to drive on that road.
