  • 13 Mar 2019 in National Assembly: I wanted to clarify about the Kshs4,976,750,000 that they said to be running from the year 2011/2012, 2013/2014 and also 2014/2015. That is how we were getting nearly Kshs4.9 billion. It was said that during those years, the National Treasury did not release the funds that were allocated for the financial years. view
