Order! Order, Mr. Minister! I think this is not an amendment to what you had raised. It is a new item that Mr. Speaker had approved and it is in the Second Reading. We cannot allow your argument that it is out of order on the basis of a technicality. It is the one I want to correct; the power to argue like that was with Mr. Speaker when he approved this amendment. It must have gone to your friend in the Cabinet, the Attorney- General. So, you better be ready with the numbers to back up your argument.
