  • 13 Sep 2017 in National Assembly: When the committee is constituted by the names that have been presented, it will have a quorum. Quorum does not make reference to all those things he is saying. It is for them to know they need to play a role. When they come in, they will bring their names and we are going to pass them. For now I want to invite you to use Standing Order No.1 and rule that we proceed without making reference to those sideshows. view
