Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also commend the Assistant Minister for the able manner in which he has navigated this Bill. However, let us not let down our guard, as a nation, relying on statistics that the Ministry is not in control of, especially with regard to the prevalence of the HIV/AIDS. These statistics might mislead us to let down our guard. HIV/AIDS is a killer disease, which we cannot afford to ignore.
