On the disability-friendly infrastructure, you indicated that the maternity is the least equipped at the level of seven per cent. I would want you to speak more on this because we have had so many cases of women with disabilities losing their lives at the time of delivery. I am sure he will do a good job in his new docket. We are talking about hardship areas and scarcity of food. I am aware that the NYS owns large tracts of land all over Kenya, including Samburu County. This land is idle.
