Therefore, I support the Motion and I ask the Members of this House to recognise the work that Mr. Mbuno has done for many years. When you act for so many years, it is fair to be confirmed to the position. Unfortunately, something happened and he was not considered for the position. I ask Members of Parliament, because we have been here for a long time without having problems with NG-CDF CEO, to consider Mr. Mbuno who has acted in that position for seven years. Thank you.

Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to say something about education. It is bad when we know the child went to school, the teachers and parents do their work but, at the end, you hear the exam has been cancelled. The child suffers. When the child suffers because the exam has been cancelled, it is sad. We have never heard the person who sold that exam to those children arrested or punished. The people suffering are innocent. The child is given answers by the teacher, who knows what is happening. The child has no problem. ...

who might have been excited by it. The engineers behind exam leakage scams have no problem because they reap from selling the exams. I support the Bill. May God bless the person who brought it? If we sit down and agree, Kenyans will go far. Thank you, very much.

Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to support the Motion for Adjournment. It is not in order to abuse the Government that it has not done anything when we know that the Jubilee Government has done a lot of work for this country. It is not true to say that the Jubilee Government is commissioning projects which are non-existent. The Jubilee Government is doing many projects such as hospitals and roads. People are talking lies in this country.

We are not going to allow people in this Parliament to abuse the Government when we know that it had done a lot of work. I support the Motion, but we are not going to allow the Government to be abused by people who are telling lies. They have been in the Government previously and they never did anything even in their own constituencies. Why are they abusing the Government?

Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to add my voice. I would like to speak to food security because the Government is trying so much to ensure that people get food. However, I am worried. As a Member of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives, I know that if we do not get enough rainfall, we will not have food. When people plant their crops, they cannot get good harvest. I would like to request the Government not to license people to cut trees. In the Mount Kenya region, where I come from, there ...

The other thing is about security. I can say thank you to the Government. We know there are many problems because of security but, security begins with me and you. When we see something is going wrong, what can we do? The reason I am saying the Government has tried and I thank them is because last year we used to get news on Al Shabaab having done something but, these days when we read newspapers, they are arrested before they have done something. So, we can say thank you to the Government. There is no need to say the ...

Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to this Motion on the policy on maintenance of buildings. The reason I am supporting this Motion, and I thank the Chairman of the Committee on Transport for the good work done, is because there are so many buildings which are not habitable. There are people, including the disabled persons, living in buildings that are in bad shape and they do not know what to do or where to turn to. Even some Government buildings have leakages all over, including in toilets and yet people ...

Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support this Motion. As I support this Motion, we have to think outside the box because even the people who are on the land we are talking about have had the titles for a long time. You could go to the Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development with a green card, but you would be surprised to learn that the title had been given to somebody else. I think the Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development is the most corrupt in this country. We need to ...
