(1) A grower or an agent representing the grower may offer coffee for sale, in the prescribed manner, in an international exchange and may for this purpose enter in to a written contract for future sale. (2) A contract under subsection (1) shall include the following information- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. (4) The Cabinet Secretary shall prescribe regulations on sale of coffee at the international exchange. view
