Ninakumbuka siku ya kwanza ulipotupeleka orientation. Ninakumbuka nilikuuliza kama nitawahi weza kutunga sheria hata moja. Leo hii ninaposimama hapa nimepitisha Miswada yangu zaidi ya mbili na Hoja mbali na zile za Kamati, na bado ninaendelea. Bw. Spika, nina kushukuru kwa njia umetuelekeza na kutufunza. Nimepata kujifunza kutoka kwa Maseneta wenzangu namna ya kuendeleza mambo ya siasa. Hapo awali nilikuwa mwalimu. Sasa hivi nimegeuzwa na kuwa mwanasiasa kamili. • 22 Dec 2021 in Senate: ingawa bajeti hiyo haina pesa za kutosha kuenda mashinani. Inamaanisha kwamba huduma kule mashinani hazitatimizwa kikamilifu, haswa tukiangalia upande wa elimu. Mimi binasfi nimepata kujua kwamba mambo ya wanafunzi kugoma kila wakati ni kwa sababu ya upungufu wa matumizi katika shule na msongamano katika bweni na vyumba vya mamkuli. Ninafikiri kwamba tukiendelea kuongelea haya mambo, Serikali kuu itatuongeza pesa ili mambo kama haya yaweze kuangaliwa ili huduma zipeanwe inavyo stahili. Bw.
