Mr. Speaker, Sir, is it in order for hon. Senator to mix languages as she contributes? I thought she would have continued speaking in Kiswahili to the end without reverting to English language. If she cannot, then I think she has nothing important to add.

On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. Is it in order for the Senator from Kitui to instil fear and threaten us that this is a very dangerous statement yet this is House of debate? We do not have to agree always. We are not in a choir where alto has to sing and blend with soprano. We have to debate and agree to disagree agreeably.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to support the Statement by Sen. Malalah. Health issues are not confined to Kakamega County alone, but across the 47 counties. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I will still insist that the buck stops with the Governor. If he has his personal foundation, those are meant to deal with his people, but we are talking about the devolved health function, which we all understand as Senators and are here to protect.
