In his Statement, the Minister should confirm whether these three Somali nationals possess Zambian residential and business permits. Chapter 171 deals with the establishment of the Judicial Service Commission, Article 171(f) is very clear; two advocates, one woman and one man, each of whom has at least 15 years of experience, elected by the members of the statutory body responsible for the professional regulation of advocates.
