On a point of information, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I would like to inform the distinguished Senator for Kisii that the refinery he is speaking about is actually going to be done in Isiolo because of the environmental conditions in Lamu considering the conservation issues and the mangroves. The Isiolo people are going to be the beneficiaries of this refinery.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I stand to support what Sen. Omar has said. I would like to speak about some measures we need to take as leaders. I think there is a lot of “boxing” going on among leaders of various institutions. I think at times solutions can be sought and found without necessarily the public being aware. I think we need to develop a system where leaders of various institutions handle matters quietly through consultations.
