This is a serious matter that has been going on for a while. In fact, it was rampant a month ago. It is not only affecting children. It is not acceptable in the 21st Century that Kenyans are kicking one another in broad daylight when everybody is just watching. Some people complain that the bandits have sophisticated weapons.
