On 8th August we went to elections and Kenyans came out in millions and voted for their preferred leaders. When elections take place, thereafter people who were aggrieved usually take their matters to court so that they can be adjudicated on. There are several petitions which are before the courts today from various quarters. After the County Revenue Allocation Bill was approved as mentioned by the Majority Leader, it should have been disbursed in the last Senate but because of the elections, it was not done.
