Members who have contributed towards the exposition of public policy contained in His Excellency's Presidential Address from the Chair during the State Opening of Parliament. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, the debate on the Private Members' Motions shall be limited in the following manner:- A maximum of two hours with not more than 20 minutes for the Mover; 20 minutes for the Government Official Responder and ten minutes for each other Member speaking, and that ten minutes before the time expires, the Mover be called upon to reply.
