Members went back home and reflected the performance that we have had in this House since the beginning of this year. Recently, we introduced the performance contracts for public officers. As we call upon the public officers, heads of parastatals, Permanent Secretaries and many others to perform and to be assessed on their performance, it is important that hon. But when you travel around the country today, there are machines and bulldozers working all over the place. Our health services were not worth writing about.
