He is obviously out of order, but I had given you an opportunity to lay Papers. You did not rise on a point of order. You cannot do equity with unclean hands yourself, but it makes a lot of sense. I wish somebody else had raised that point of order. I would have noted it. Clearly, that is water under the bridge. The Chair did not see it happen.
