We will leave it there, unless Hon. Emanikor wants to say something. If she does not, we will put it to vote. When the Leader of the Majority Party wants to speak, our Standing Orders ask us to give him an opportunity. That is what we do. As we give a chance to the Leader of the Majority Party, we will also give an opportunity to the Leader of the Minority Party.

I have not been informed that he is standing in for the Leader of the Minority Party. I am giving you a leeway to convince yourself.
