Whenever you would be interested in that kind of an intervention, it should be at the beginning. Look at the Standing Order you are referring to and this should be done at the beginning. You have made your point, which is fairly valid. I only wish you had put it a little earlier, but maybe for Members to know that there is a lot of interest, you can, on your own volition, without having to be pushed by the Speaker, reduce your time. If we can, let us reduce our speaking time. To be clear for the Member for Kesses, look at Article 97(3) of your Standing Order and it indicates very clearly that the Motion cannot be moved in the course of the debate.
