Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Standing Order No.124 be amended by deleting paragraph (2) and substituting therefor the following g new paragraph— “(2) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to or in respect of— (a) an Appropriation Bill, a or a Consolidated Fund Bill, a County Allocation of Revenue Bill, a Division of Revenue Bill and an Equalisation Fund Bill; or (b) a Bill to amend the Constitution, in respect of its Second and Third Reading.” This is the section which deals with the Appropriation Bill and issues to do with county allocation of revenue. view
