  • 24 Feb 2016 in National Assembly: Order, Hon. Millie! You do not have to bring issues or matters that are not within the House. I want to give a chance to Hon. • 24 Feb 2016 in National Assembly: That marks the end of that particular Bill. We will go to the next one, which is consideration of the President’s Reservations to the Small Claims Court Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 51 of 2015). view
  • 24 Feb 2016 in National Assembly: THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (2) by - (iii) inserting the words “who has knowledge and experience in matters relating to indigenous knowledge” immediately after the words “of the Constitution” appearing in paragraph (h); Let us proceed. I now propose the Question that the Senate amendment to Clause 7(2)(h) be now approved. The Chair, do you have something on this amendment? I will be moving a little faster. view
