If you vote Nay, then we will be actually supporting the position of the Chair, which is in opposition to the Senate amendment. But as you know, this is something that has gone through. Members simply have to be keen. What could happen is that eventually, if the Chair feels very strongly, she will seek for a re-committal and that will be dealt with.
