payment of arrears, when you translated it to Kiswahili, for those of us who did well in Kiswahili, you enhanced the Question with the change of language. The reason as to why I am a bit lenient, Hon. Nassir – and this is being extremely lenient – is because we are encouraging Members to ask Questions using Kiswahili.
