The reason as to why I am a bit lenient, Hon. Nassir – and this is being extremely lenient – is because we are encouraging Members to ask Questions using Kiswahili. Kenyans will be happy getting Questions in a language that they understand well. That is why I am a bit lenient. Please, let it not be a routine.
