• 24 Feb 2016 in National Assembly: I thought the amendments were specific. They were only introducing the county executive committee and the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops. I do not want us to get into the main Act. If there would be anybody who is interested in an amendment, there is a process you can follow. The Act, as exactly what you are saying, probably should not have been there. The best way would have been to amend it. Hon.
