Mbadi, I think what Speaker Marende ruled was that Kaunda Suits are in order as long as they are long-sleeved. I am just trying to clarify that bit. In this particular one, Hon. Marende ruled that dresses that are good only for other jurisdictions cannot be adopted in this Chamber. Be that as it may, Hon. Pkosing is improperly dressed. Hon.
