Hon. Keynan, Members must have heard that. We will need to have Hon. Emanikor dropping her amendment because the issue of the Office of the Standards and Ethics has been defeated in new Clause 18. We will be proceeding with the amendment by Hon. Keynan. If there will be a further amendment it will be by Hon. T. J. Kajwang’. It is Hon. Keynan’s amendment which will be transacted but which Hon.
