Well, even without the Chair having to look to that, I am looking at this specific one stating very clearly that there will be an account which will be maintained and that account will be approved by the National Treasury. That is why I would be wondering why you would think that it would be against the rules of the Treasury, but I think the Chair will be in a better position to say the correct position.
