  • 27 Aug 2015 in National Assembly: I can see a few hon. Members who want to speak to this amendment. Hon. Murungi, the Floor is yours. view
  • 27 Aug 2015 in National Assembly: Hon. Members, there are only two ways; ayes or nay. Any other sound will not be detected by the Chair, even if it is a squirm. Actually, the Chairperson of the Committee says that it was a hissing sound. We must make sure that we make the right sounds. view
  • 27 Aug 2015 in National Assembly: I can see the gracious lady from Baringo South. view
