However, if it progresses, it becomes more implementable. Other than the fact that we would wait for a Bill, this is something that is going to be a policy if this House pronounces itself in one way or the other. Your frustrations can be felt but we are perfectly in order proceeding with this Motion. There is no problem with it. view
